Terms for using the independent Wazbee editorial publication

Continuing beyond a notice page, submitting a form or otherwise interacting with our editorial materials creates an agreement on the rules below. They apply to articles, tables, forms and supporting publication features. Stop using those materials if you do not accept these Terms.
The Terms govern editorial content and site conduct. Casino registration, balances, bonuses, games, payments, verification and withdrawals are governed by the terms of the operator that provides those services. A link or editorial explanation does not alter that separate contract.
Definitions used in this agreement
Publication means this independent Wazbee editorial guide and its site features.
Content means articles, metadata, tables, calculations, graphics, methods and other editorial material we publish.
User means a person who reads, submits a form or otherwise interacts with the Publication.
Third-Party Service means a casino, payment provider, regulator, support organisation, game studio or other external organisation.

Headings help navigation and do not limit the legal meaning of a clause.
Eligibility and acceptance
The Publication concerns gambling and is intended only for adults who have reached the legal gambling age where they live. You are responsible for checking local law and public operator registers before acting on gambling information.
Acceptance occurs when you continue to use the Publication after being shown or given reasonable access to these Terms. A person acting for an organisation confirms authority to bind that organisation.
We may use proportionate age gates or notices. Passing a notice is not proof that casino play is lawful for a particular person or location.
Permitted use
You must not:
- attack, probe, overload or circumvent site security;
- use automated access contrary to published technical controls;
- upload malware or harmful code;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent evidence;

- scrape and republish substantial Content as a competing product;
- remove attribution or rights notices;

A factual correction begins with the Editorial Corrections Form in the Help section. Name the Wazbee page, quote the statement, explain the issue and provide non-sensitive supporting evidence.
We acknowledge the case, classify its impact, review controlling evidence and issue a reasoned outcome. A supported material correction is applied to the affected passage and checked across related pages. A rejected request can be reconsidered when new evidence is supplied.
For a complaint about our handling, reply through the same case and request editorial escalation. The second reviewer examines the original evidence, response and requested remedy. Privacy rights follow the separate Privacy Request Form and process.
Changes to Content and Terms
We may correct or reorganise Content as facts change and amend these Terms for legal, security, technical or editorial reasons. Material changes take effect on the stated date. They do not remove mandatory rights or create consent where a separate opt-in is required.
Governing principles, disputes and severability
These Terms are interpreted under the law identified by the Publication’s responsible legal entity and the mandatory consumer law applicable to the user. We do not use this clause to remove a right that cannot be waived.
Before filing a claim, contact us through the Editorial Corrections Form and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate. Either party may seek urgent relief or use a competent regulator, authority or court where law allows.
If a clause is invalid or unenforceable, it is limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining Terms continue. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and specific form notices, form the agreement for use of the Publication.

Use the Editorial Corrections Form in the Help section and select “Terms or legal notice”. Include the affected clause, the requested response, your contact detail and non-sensitive evidence. Do not send casino credentials, payment authentication data or identity files through this route.
